Non-personalised items may be returned to us within 7 days. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging to prevent damage in the post. Please contact us to discuss your return whereby we will provide the information required. Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving the item back. Make sure to include contact information with the return and it must be sent recorded delivery at your own cost. No refund will be made until goods have been received and checked.
Returning A Package
You, the buyer, will be responsible for postage costs both ways unless your item is faulty. For clarity, if you return an item because you have changed your mind, no longer have a need for the item, it is not what you expected or for any other reason other than it is faulty, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the postage costs.
We urge you to return your item using a secure method of postage and obtain proof of posting with insurance. We will not be held responsible for returns that do not arrive and you, the buyer, will be responsible for claiming for any loss via Royal Mail or the company you instruct to return your order to us.
If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. One Dotty Duck is not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from monies refunded.
Returning a Faulty Item
In the event that we, One Dotty Duck, make an error or your item is faulty, we will offer to repair your item, replace it or refund you and will work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction. Customer service is of paramount importance to us.
If your item is faulty, your postage costs will be refunded to you, in addition to the cost of your item, please check to confirm postage methods and costs with us prior to returning.
We will not refund or exchange an item owing to damage from general wear and tear or age.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not collected from your post office within 14 days, One Dotty Duck reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
